1. Agreement And Scope
These Organizer Payment Terms apply when you create, manage, or receive proceeds from a paid session through TurboSpin. They supplement TurboSpin's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
By setting up payment collection, creating a paid session, or accepting paid-session proceeds, you agree to these Organizer Payment Terms and to any additional payment terms shown in the Service or by Stripe.
2. Organizer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the sessions you create and manage, including accurate session descriptions, scheduled start times, locations, player capacity, player communications, cancellations, participant expectations, and compliance with applicable laws and venue rules.
TurboSpin provides session-management and checkout tools. TurboSpin does not control whether a session occurs as planned, whether a venue is available, whether players attend, or whether your session description is accurate.
3. Paid Session Fees
Organizer fee. You choose the participation fee you want to receive for a paid session, subject to TurboSpin's limits. For launch, the maximum organizer fee is $100 per player.
Player charge. The player pays the organizer fee plus TurboSpin's technology fee and Stripe card processing fee shown at checkout.
Currency and region. Paid sessions are currently intended for U.S. dollar transactions in the United States unless TurboSpin expressly supports another region or currency.
4. Organizer And Manual Players
An organizer may participate in the organizer's own paid session as an unpaid roster player if the Service allows it. That organizer-player slot counts toward the session's player capacity like any other active player.
If you manually add a player to a paid session, TurboSpin does not collect online payment for that manual addition. You are responsible for any offline arrangement with that player, and TurboSpin does not process refunds for payments it did not collect.
5. Refunds And Cancellations
You must honor TurboSpin's Refund Policy for paid sessions. TurboSpin uses one standard policy: paid players are eligible for an automatic full refund if they withdraw more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
If you cancel a paid session before it is completed, online paid players registered through TurboSpin are eligible for a full refund. You may not state or imply a different refund policy for a paid session collected through TurboSpin unless TurboSpin expressly allows it in writing or in the Service.
TurboSpin currently supports full refunds only. Partial refunds, credits, and offline adjustments are not part of the standard paid-session workflow.
6. Payout Timing And Reversals
TurboSpin may delay, withhold, reverse, or pause paid-session proceeds to manage refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, payment processor requirements, account issues, or disputes. Paid-session organizer proceeds may be released after the session is completed rather than immediately after player checkout.
TurboSpin is not a bank and does not advance funds for organizer obligations. If a refund, dispute, chargeback, reversal, or negative balance cannot be resolved from available connected-account funds, TurboSpin may mark the matter for support review, restrict paid-session features, block future paid sessions, or take other reasonable steps to recover or protect funds.
7. Stripe Connect
Paid session collection uses Stripe Connect or another payment processor selected by TurboSpin. You may need to complete Stripe Express onboarding, provide identity or business information, maintain accurate payout details, and satisfy Stripe's requirements before you can collect payments or receive payouts.
Stripe controls payment processing, verification, payout timing, payout methods, account review, and some refund or dispute outcomes. TurboSpin cannot bypass Stripe verification or guarantee a specific payout date.
8. Disputes, Chargebacks, And Cooperation
You are responsible for cooperating with TurboSpin and Stripe on paid-session disputes, refunds, chargebacks, fraud reviews, and payment-support requests. This may include providing session details, attendance information, cancellation reasons, player communications, and other information needed to investigate the issue.
TurboSpin may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse paid-session features, create excessive disputes or chargebacks, fail to honor refund obligations, provide inaccurate payment or session information, or create legal, financial, or platform risk.
9. Taxes And Records
You are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes, filings, or obligations that apply to money you receive from paid sessions. TurboSpin does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
TurboSpin and Stripe may retain payment, refund, chargeback, payout, and account records for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, audit, legal, and support purposes.
