1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid pickleball session registrations collected online through TurboSpin and its payment processor. It is incorporated into TurboSpin's Terms of Use and applies to organizers, account holders, guest players, and other participants who use paid session features.

This policy does not apply to free sessions, offline payments, cash payments, manual unpaid roster additions, organizer unpaid roster slots, or fees collected outside TurboSpin. It also does not apply to separate paid account subscriptions, which are addressed in the Terms of Use or at checkout.

2. Standard Refund Rule

TurboSpin uses one standard refund policy for paid session registrations. A paid player is eligible for an automatic full refund if the player withdraws more than 24 hours before the paid session's scheduled start time.

Paid players are not eligible for an automatic refund if they withdraw within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, after the session starts, after the session is completed, or after the session is canceled for reasons not covered by this policy.

When this policy provides a full refund, the refund includes the organizer fee, TurboSpin technology fee, and Stripe card processing fee that were charged through TurboSpin checkout for that paid registration. TurboSpin currently supports full refunds only; partial refunds are not part of the standard self-service workflow.

3. Organizer Cancellations

If an organizer cancels a paid session before it is completed, online paid players registered through TurboSpin are eligible for a full refund under this policy.

Manual unpaid players, organizer unpaid roster slots, and any players who paid the organizer outside TurboSpin are not eligible for TurboSpin-processed refunds because TurboSpin did not collect those payments.

4. Player Withdrawals

Players may withdraw from a paid session. If the withdrawal occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and TurboSpin can verify the paid registration, the player is eligible for a full refund.

If the withdrawal occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the player may still withdraw from the roster if the Service offers that option, but the withdrawal is not automatically refundable.

5. Rescheduled Sessions

Refund eligibility is generally determined from the refund deadline shown or recorded for the paid registration when the player paid. A later reschedule does not automatically reopen refund eligibility that has already expired.

If an organizer materially changes a paid session instead of canceling it, players may contact TurboSpin support. TurboSpin may review the situation, but this policy does not guarantee an automatic refund solely because a session was rescheduled.

6. Refund Timing And Failed Refunds

Refunds are processed through Stripe or another payment processor used by TurboSpin. Refund timing depends on Stripe, card networks, banks, and the player's financial institution. Refunds commonly take several business days to appear on a payment method after they are processed.

A refund may be delayed, fail, or require support review if the payment cannot be matched, the payment processor rejects the refund, the organizer's connected account has insufficient available funds, fraud or abuse is suspected, or additional review is required.

7. Chargebacks And Abuse

Players should contact TurboSpin support before starting a payment dispute or chargeback so the payment and registration can be reviewed. TurboSpin may investigate suspected fraud, duplicate refund requests, abusive withdrawal patterns, or misuse of paid session features.

TurboSpin may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for accounts that misuse payments, refunds, chargebacks, session cancellation, or withdrawal features.
